Sculpted directly from carbon fiber and reinforced with a RHEON integrated liner – Hollow is truly versatile.

The ATLAS 4.0 full face motorcycle helmet has the new ECE 22.06 safety certification and also has a DOT rating for all of our US riders. ATLAS 4.0 passed all test criteria for ECE 22.06 certification with a score of at least 20% in each test. ATLAS 4.0 cheek pads are made from premium sweat-wicking fabric that hugs your face softly while absorbing excess moisture for a more comfortable ride. Inside the cheek pads are multiple layers of multi-density foam. This foam allows us to place sheets of varying thickness and density inside the cheek pads to intelligently mold to the contours of your face for a vastly improved fit.

The ATLAS 4.0’s headliner integrates RHEON?technology into the foam headliner to give your brain extra protection in the event of a crash. RHEON acts as a non-Newtonian fluid that helps dissipate the energy of linear and rotational forces. Since the RHEON absorbs energy from both linear and rotational impacts, your brain is less likely to be affected by the force of the impact.

The new housing for ATLAS 4.0 is now quieter and has fully controllable airflow. The ATLAS 4.0 shell features front roof and nose vents, both fully adjustable with 4 stages of climate control. This makes it possible to transition from hotter to cooler climates simply by opening or closing the vents while riding. The housing is also more streamlined, and the ATLAS 4.0 can now move through the air with greater ease than previous ATLAS models, so this will reduce the strain on your neck when traveling at higher spread distances.

The main benefit of the new enclosure is reduced wind noise, with ATLAS 4.0 achieving a 57% improvement in acoustics over ATLAS 3.0. This reduction in noise was achieved by a new housing combined with new padding. To take advantage of the quieter experience, we’ve included noise-canceling pads in the box that you insert into the housing next to your ears. These pads will further reduce noise by absorbing more unwanted noise.
